Firstly, news from Tech Corner: websites don't actually care what town a person's in. That's why they're websites and not community centers. You don't have to be there in person. It's sort of convenient that way.
Secondly, I am muy bummed that August 7th is the chosen date for the next HHK as I'll be back home for a wedding.
Thirdly, I am stunned by this Song A Day plan. Impressed, but stunned. What is this going to do to the purism and discernment that has been the hallmark of HHKNYC for years? By August you're going to be adding shit like Mixalot's "Posse On Broadway," Ice-T's "The Girl Tried To Kill Me," and 2 Live Crew's "The Fuck Shop." (Actually, the Ice-T joint would be hotness.)
Don't forget to add AD's "Mr. Wendal" and "Wash Your Face In My Sink" by the Dream Warriors.
