Weekend At Diggedy's - Volume 31

Another week gone.

Fairly uneventful.

I don't want to discuss the VMA's, Britney, etc.

I don't want to talk about Kanye's tantrum.

I don't want to discuss the "battle" between the two with their new CD's.

Don't want to talk about the fact that not only do I have to live every day with how badly the Knicks suck, but now I have to read about the Garden basically being no better than a daily frat party.

Don't want to talk about Belicheck and the spies.

Don't want to talk about the Giants defense, or Eli's shoulder.

I just want to talk music.

On to the choice tracks for this Friday, September 14th...

50 Cent - "Smile (I'm Leavin)"

Not really what you'd expect for Weekend at Diggs. I just heard this track yesterday and haven't stopped bumping it. So, I figured I'd include it on here in case you feel the same way. It's a bonus track off of 50's new album, and is produced by someone with the initials KW who is from Chicago and loves teddy bear's. Not sure what his full name is. Enjoy.

Biz Markie - "My Name Is"

Another track I just downloaded that I've been playing non-stop. Who can go wrong with Biz back on the mic? This is just a really fresh track, and makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. There is something about this track that just makes me feel like I'm 10 again. Download it!

Kool G Rap featuring Large Professor, Freddie Foxx, and Anton - "Money In The Bank"

Dope track off of Wanted Dead or Alive. Make it yours today by downloading.

Have a good weekend people.

See you on Mulberry Street.

Yes, Fifty. You are "like Martin Luther King." In so many ways.

I still maintain the 50 Cent is the saddest rapper alive. And I'm not dissing him: I'm talking about the deadness in his eyes. That boy's in some pain.

"The Island of Long is where I belong."

Nobody beats the Biz!
